Cancellation Policy

We understand that there may be situations where you need to cancel your subscription to our Software as a Service (SaaS) product. This Cancellation Policy outlines our guidelines and procedures for canceling your subscription.

1. Cancellation Process

a. To cancel your subscription, please follow the method:

i. Customers may contact our customer support team via support@worktrak.in to request cancellation assistance. 

2. Cancellation Period

a. You can cancel your subscription at any time. There are no restrictions on when you can request to cancel.

b. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period (monthly or annual), after which it will not renew. 

3. Refunds

a. Cancellation of your subscription does not automatically trigger a refund, as refunds are subject to our Refund Policy. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more information on eligibility and refund amounts.

4. Account Access

a. After canceling your subscription, you will continue to have access to the SaaS product until the end of your current billing period. At the end of the billing period, your access will be terminated.

5. Data Retrieval

a. It is your responsibility to back up any data or content associated with your account before canceling your subscription. Hexphase Tekniks is not responsible for any loss of data that occurs as a result of your cancellation.

6. Auto-Renewal

a. To prevent automatic renewal, you must cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle. We recommend checking your account settings or contacting our customer support for assistance if you are uncertain about your subscription's renewal date.
