Worktrak's Terms and Conditions

Welcome to WorkTrak, an employee tracking and productivity management SaaS platform owned and operated by Blue Mango Labs LLP (“Blue Mango Labs,” “WorkTrak,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our website (worktrak.in, cloud.worktrak.in), mobile applications, and software solutions, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations.
1. SaaS Service & License Grant
Subject to compliance with these terms, Blue Mango Labs grants your organization a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the WorkTrak cloud and on-premises software solutions solely for your internal business operations and workforce management.
Under this license, you and your authorized users shall not:
- Modify, copy, or create derivative works based on the WorkTrak platform;
- Decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the software;
- Use the platform for any unauthorized, illegal, or anti-competitive commercial purpose;
- Remove any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notations from our software or website;
- Mirror or host the software on unauthorized servers or third-party platforms without prior written consent.
2. Subscription, Billing, & Free Trial
WorkTrak may offer free trial periods (e.g., 7-day trial). Upon the expiration of a trial, continued access requires a paid subscription tier. All subscription fees are billed in advance according to the selected plan (monthly or annually) and are non-refundable except as explicitly stated in our Refund Policy.
3. Data Responsibilities & Permitted Use
As a workplace management tool, WorkTrak tracks employee activity (such as active/idle time, application usage, website usage, attendance, and optional screenshot logs). Your organization represents and warrants that it has obtained all necessary legal consents and disclosures from employees and personnel before deploying WorkTrak agents or monitoring software.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
The materials, platform services, and reporting tools on the WorkTrak website are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Blue Mango Labs makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Blue Mango Labs, its partners, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages (including, without limitation, loss of data, lost profits, or business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the WorkTrak software, even if notified of the possibility of such damage.
6. Revisions & Errata
The content appearing on our website or within our portal could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Blue Mango Labs does not warrant that any materials are complete or current, and reserves the right to update software features or website content at any time without prior notice.
7. External Links
Blue Mango Labs has not reviewed all sites linked to its web domain and is not responsible for the contents of any third-party linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement.
8. Modifications to Terms
Blue Mango Labs may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. By continuing to access or use WorkTrak after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the updated terms.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Karnataka, India. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Karnataka, India for any legal dispute.
